Filterly reminds you when an air filter is due, by text, email or both. Reminders are free.

Reminders are a convenience. Follow the instructions for your own equipment, and check your filter if anything about your system seems off. Filterly is not responsible for equipment problems.

Program name: Filterly reminders. Filterly sends air filter reminders from one toll-free number. When your HVAC company set up your reminders, their name is in every message.

When you join, you get one text confirming it, with how to stop and get help.

Message frequency varies. You get a text when each filter is due and, while it is still due, a follow-up about once a week, at most three. After that we send one note saying we will wait until you tell us it is changed. Replies to your own texts are extra.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel. You get one message confirming it and no more reminders. Reply HELP for help, or email support@filterly.io.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Some pages link to a search for your filter size at Filterbuy and Amazon. If you buy through those links, the store may pay Filterly a commission. You pay the store’s normal price, and the purchase is between you and the store.

Give us a phone number or email you are allowed to use. The privacy page says what we collect and how to delete it.

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
